Salient CompleteView Recording Server does not start.

When checking with Windows 10 Application Event Log, the NTDLL.DLL is the faulting application/module.

This issue has been identified as a conflict with LTP and COM Ports.

The work-around is to disable the USB serial device in Device Manager. Typically this is COM4.


Once disabled, stop and restart CompleteView Recording Service.
